"All 4 of us upon arrival were thrilled with the view. Our stay was comfortable and all our needs were met. A Parisian lifestyle is what we wanted and what we received. We loved the park below and the sounds of children playing. The only inconvenience was that the lights in the first floor did not come on when coming in after dark. It felt a little uncomfortable for us. Over all we were very happy with our stay."

"Overall, my stay at this property was fine. I appreciated communication with the host company, who were easy to contact via Whatsapp when I had issues. Location-wise, this property is great for its proximity to transit — especially if taking the Roissybus from/to CDG (highly recommended). "Location, location, location. For me, this was great. I was traveling solo, in Paris for one night. I knew the toilet was shared and across the hall, and the space was small. It's very small, but it worked for me. Easy access to Eiffel Tower, restaurants and grocery stores. I used the Bus, Metro and my feet to get around. No issues. accessing the building. Very small room, but this worked for me."

"Lived like a local in true Paris suburbs, easy to get around, 10 mins from multiple metro spots. Place was clean and well presented with everything you needed for a home stay. The only thing I would mention was the bathroom smelt quite musty as long as I kept the door closed it didn’t bother me too much."

"This was a great location with lots of restaurants within 1-3 blocks. Olivier, our host, was very quick to reply to messages before our arrival and was very thorough in reviewing the amenities of the apartment when we arrived. The bonus was the washer/dryer."

"The property is well located, close to the Eiffel Tower and two Metro stops. The host was very responsive to all of our messages, and was able to be flexible with out check-in time. The second double bed is a bunk on top of the main bed, so for 4 people, it is best suited for families or young friends who can climb the ladder. Would definitely stay here again!"
