Absolutely LOVE CoWool Cergy. They are close to the train station, specifically the RER A Line, very clean, very quiet, and the staff is amazing! 10/10 will stay there again.

A very nice hotel in Cergy within a 10 minute walk of the Port and an easy walk to the train, bus station and shopping. The place was very clean, modern and spacious. The breakfast was convenient and good. The staff were extremely accommodating.

Very nice hotel, nice area, comfortable bed and living area. Only thing I would say is I was on the ground floor and the building appears to have radiant floor heat with no thermostat control in room. My room was very warm, I would guess about 80 deg F and I ended up opening the window and keeping it open all night even though it was about 25 deg F outside.

Very comfortable and pretty

It's a very nice hotel, its rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is generally welcoming. But if you have any problems, be sure to leave them in writing and email them. Customer service is very good but communication between staff is poor. We had a problem with the bathroom, they sent the technical team to solve the problem faster but we don't know what happened because they didn't resolve it. After two days, they moved us to another room. Apparently, due to a lack of communication between the staff, despite the fact that I'm very friendly, they didn't know bring information.

Good location, friendly staff, but must improve.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past three years, mainly because of its convenient location and the good parking facilities. The room we are usually allocated is classified “deluxe studio”. It is not possible to see why the word “deluxe” is applied, since there is no element of luxury, or even comfort. For example, the bed is set against the wall on one side, which makes getting in and out of it for the person taking the wall side rather uncomfortable. However, the poorest feature in this hotel is the lack of adequate quantities of breakfast items. On day one, main items such as scrambled eggs and sausages were finished when we arrived 45 minutes before the end of serving and on the second day, already one hour before the end if service.

A comfortable stay, but not perfect

The aparthotel was very cosy and welcoming, even though we arrived at night. Parking underneath the hotel was free, secure and well lit with direct lift access up to the rooms, which was handy for moving luggage. Our 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and reasonably clean, however it was very dimly lit (just not enough lights) and the shower cubicle was missing a door panel (presumably broken but not fixed) rendering it unusable. Thankfully there was also a bath with overhead shower that we used instead. We found the apartment quite cool and couldn't work out how to turn the (underfloor?) heating on. The road noise was quite loud, so had we needed a window open it would have been difficult to sleep. Beware the mattresses are rock hard! We found the location good for using the RER A to get into central Paris each day, with Cergy Prefecture only a 15 minute walk away and trains every 20 minutes with tickets €5 adult one way.

Very nice and big building, not only a hotel but also a coworking space. The fitness room is very spacious but has not many machines, the tapis roulant is quite good indeed. I did not like the breakfast, the muesli was not good, the choice of fruits is limited, no nuts. For a better ecosustainability I would advice to put bigger wall-hanging soap dispenser instead of small 20 ml bottles.

Don’t sleep on the sofa bed!

A great facility but lacked some basics like cutlery and glasses in the communal area and rooms. The ‘queen’ sofa bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on. Doesn’t lie flat at either end so more like sleeping in a hammock/banana. Awful. Twin beds I believe were comfy.
