I booked this hotel specifically because it said it had onsite parking , when I arrived I was told there was no parking, it took me an hour and 37 euros to find parking on the street and then I had to carry all my luggage to the hotel where the lift did not work and the receptionist told us to keep trying, when it kept on not working so we took five flights up the stairs with all our heavy luggage, then the next morning at 10:30 we were woken up by someone coming into our room when our check out time was at 12pm, horrible and uncomfortable.

Hotel en travaux ,pas de parking.

Hotel réservé pour un concert au stade de France. Peu de meubles au niveau du hall de réception, bâches et housses pour protéger de partout. Odeur de peinture très présente, scotch pour protéger les interrupteurs.... Au moment de la réservation, on avait demandé de pouvoir garer notre véhicule dans le parking qui était mentionné sur le site, mais à l arrivée, impossible car les travaux utilisaient celui-ci. Fallait aller se garer à environ 4 stations de métro.... D après le réceptionniste, surtout ne pas laisser le véhicule dans les rues aux alentours de l hôtel, car on risquait de pas la retrouver entière. Du coup, on est partis , mais aucun dédommagement de l hôtel et encore moins du site hôtel.com.... Je comprends pas la mauvaise foi, car apparemment l hôtel ne serait pas en travaux !

Séjour convenable, l'hôtel et modeste et conforme au type de séjour économique que nous souhaitions. Cependant la chambre et salle de bain sont en mauvais état, avec beaucoup des traces d'impact et de passage. Les joints et réparation de la salle de bains sont bâclés, l'ensemble est mal entretenu. Nous n'avons absolument pas apprécié l'intrusion de la femme de ménage dans la chambre à 9h00, alors que nous dormions, et que la chambre était à rendre pour 12h00

Bonjour l accueil et le service sont très bien,la partie chambre sans problème,mais la salle de bain est loin de la qualité des hôtels Kyriad :wc placé trops bas,un carton de silicone a été utilisé pour boucher des trous,la plaque. De sous baignoire est placé de travers tel qu on voit sous la baignoire,la baignoire est taché de noir,le robinet de baignoire ne tiens plus et force énormément au point de le tenir a deux main pour le regler

Accueil s'est bien passé. La chambre était remplie de cheveux. A mon avis, l'aspirateur n'avait pas été fait. Les toilettes pas bien nettoyées. Jai pour habitude de reserver mes hotels chez Kyriad mais cette fois, la propreté n'y était pas du tout

Disponibilité des chambres tout de suite à notre arrivée, le plus. Ces dernières étaient moyennement propres. La salle de bain vétuste (carrelages cassés, robinet de bain qui tenait à moitié). La chaleur était le point noir de notre séjour! Nous n’étions qu’au mois d’avril, donc je n’oses pas imaginer en pleine été. Impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres (cassés) et les chauffages n’étaient pas réglables. Donc très très peu d’aération! Le petit-déjeuner était plutôt copieux avec du choix (salé, sucré et des fruits). Il n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur d’un trois étoiles en France!!

Zeer tevreden

Wij verbleven vier nachten. Heerlijk geslapen, goede bedden en beddengoed. Kamer was schoon en netjes. Water koker aanwezig met thee en koffie zakjes. Parking uitstekend, mag na uit checken auto laten staan. Ligging van hotel is goed voor de markten van Saint Ouen. Halfuur lopen naar Sacre Couer. Metro lijn 13 is vijf minuten lopen. Access vanaf de Peripherique is erg makkelijk.
