Great location, friendly staff. I did not have b/fast. Room 301 junior suite was clean. The bathroom shower window was leaking water at the base sill. Please fix the leak.

One night only, and we left very early to airport so we did not experienced the breakfast neither checked mlre the neighbourhood. We noticed a few brasseries and restaurants in the nearby. Hotel looked very cute. We got an upgrade to an executive room. Very comfortable room. Staff at the reception desk was very kind and available.

The property was located in a very convenient location. Our week in Paris was well spent at this hotel as it was easy to walk to many attractions or take the Subway/Trains to others. The hotel itself was cute and rooms were pretty spacious. We had a Junior Suite for two adults and a child and did not feel cramped. The staff were also quite friendly and helpful. As for the downsides, the property was not very clean. On the surface it looked OK but if you pay a little more attention to detail, you will realize they did not. The biggest problem was the rationing of air conditiong that occured at this property. During the day, they automatically turn off the AC in the units and when we come back from our day, we have to request for them to turn on the AC or else we are sweltering in 28 degree Celsius heat. They kept saying that when people open the windows, the AC turns off automatically but I call BS as we never opened the windows at all. They would also only lower it to 22 degress Celsius so if you prefer it colder, like we do, it will be a problem. Lastly, the room was noisy in the evening because you can hear the floor above you moving the chairs in their living room. The chairs are heavy and drag on the floor and I'm sure the people below us could hear us too!!

A balcony makes all the difference!

Great location and area to stay in. The Room I booked was with a balcony - the first room I was provided was more like a cell with no balcony BUT, staff recognised their error and moved me to a room with a balcony. Given the size of he rooms this made a huge difference and I would recommend always booking a room with one. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Good breakfast with a pleasant variety to select from.

Staff are very friendly and can provide excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. The hotel has 2 elevators, however only one was working. We were on the 6th floor (top floor) and would sometimes it would take 4 or 5 minutes to get to or from our room.

The hotel is lovely and in a great location. Great, helpful staff and lovely and clean. There is just one problem. The tiny tiny rooms!!! I have never stayed in such a tiny room for 4 nights. The balcony was only accessible via the French doors which you could only just squeeze past making entry to the balcony with a coffee almost impossible. The toilet was so small you couldn’t open the door without opening the sliding toilet door removing any chance of dignity and the steep climb into the bath made it a constant hazard of falling either getting in or out of the shower / bath. The wardrobe had 4 hangers and would have struggled to hang anything more than 4 items of clothing. We spent the entire holiday living out of our suitcases as there was just nowhere to put things or store items of clothing / toiletries etc. The aircon didn’t work effectively leaving us no option but to sleep with the French doors ajar which wasn’t ideal as the road was very busy and noisy. The room really spoilt our holiday
