"Not friendly front desk staff. "

"It’s hard to believe this is a 4 star hotel. The rooms are small and dated. We found some insect in our bathroom. They have only 1 or 2 working elevators at anytime and you need to wait for sometime. There was a lack of amenities that I thought would be complementary. For example I left my tooth brush and had to buy one in the store instead. Small things but at the price point it doesn’t quite add up. Dining was good, this was a highlight, several great waitstaff including Daniel. The beach access is incredible, they set up your chairs a towels and you can order drinks. Housekeeping, waitstaff and beach staff were amazing. "

"The lobby is beautiful and the property (amenities, pool, beach, etc) and rooms are all very clean and nice. The staff is also very helpful and friendly too. Great view of the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Enjoyed our stay!"

"The room was great, but the staff seemed generally disinterested in the patrons. The conceierge for example, barely spoke English and couldn't answer simple questions about the area. The pool needed to be cleaned more regularly and the guy running the cabana/towel stand disappeared on a regular basis."

"The hotel location is good and the room is clean and modern… that said, every time we went to the reception it was understaffed and we had to wait. Same when we called for a missing hair dryer and extra towels. Then the $300+/night room they first gave us was in front of the 24 hour gym = door opening and people dropping weights all the time. But the WORST, when they moved us to a new room away from the gym, that night at 3:10am in the morning someone from hotel staff open the door using a master key, imagine our surprise, thankfully i had the door jamming thing. Took the time to wait for someone in front desk to answer the phone and reported it. They said the Manager would call us back, but never did."

"Although an older property, they really are attentive in keeping it clean and refined looking. The staff is extremely professional, a sign of excellent management. One of the best continental breakfast servings you will find. No cheap plastic forks. "
