"From the time I checked in, I was greeted by the front desk staff who had a great attitude and welcoming spirit about her. The property was kept well and the atmosphere was family friendly. I traveled with 5 kids, my husband and myself. Everything was kept well and clean. The breakfast was one of my favorite parts. Buffet style and offered a kitchen staff that made additional type breakfast fresh off the griddle of course there was a wait but it does warn the times of when it’s the busiest & we so happen to go mid busy to the busiest times. Overall great place to stay, clean, family friendly, loved the indoor pool, gym and good front desk service. "

"Had a one night stay due to business on the Irvine area. This was a fair priced hotel right across the street from John Wayne Airport. Parking was $28 a day but you do have in and out privileges. Plenty of space to park around the complex so you can be closer to your room. It seems to be an older facility but well maintained. Room was nice and comfortable. Normal amenities available in room. All in all a great stay for a great price. "

"Everything was great until 4:45am when the fire alarm went off in my room only. After a few minutes of calling the front desk and no one answered, it turned off. 10 min later it came blaring back on, called again and they sent a engineer up and he unplugged it and took it away, no replacement. I’m wide awake now. At check out they adjusted my parking for inconvenience LOL"

"Beautiful room! Staff was pleasant. O my downfall was the outside smell. I got a patio but with the smell, I couldn’t use it. "

"My two daughters and I stayed in order to attend the Festival of Whales. The location was perfect for our needs. The property however is in great need of updating. It is quite run down. The walls were marked and dirty, the carpet was torn, the towels and sheets were threadbare, tiles were missing in the bathroom, there was rust in the bathtub, there was a shelf missing in the bathroom leaving no where to place toiletries, and there was a cockroach on the floor in our room the day we checked out. The front desk staff member removed our parking fee for the trouble of the pest. I cannot recommend staying here."
