Which area of Benidorm is best to stay in for pet-friendly hotels?
For pet-friendly hotels in Benidorm, your best options are generally found slightly away from the busiest beachfront areas, often in the Rincon de Loix or Levante Beach neighbourhoods.

Rincon de Loix, at the eastern end of Levante Beach, offers a good balance of accessibility and slightly more space, which can be beneficial when travelling with a pet. This area is known for its wider streets and a mix of residential buildings and hotels, making it a bit more relaxed than the very centre of town. You'll find a range of accommodation here, and it's well-connected by local transport if you wish to explore further.

Levante Beach, particularly the eastern parts closer to Rincon de Loix, also has several pet-friendly options. This area provides easy access to the beach promenade and a wide selection of shops and eateries. While the main beach itself has restrictions for pets, staying nearby means you're well-placed for walks along the promenade during permitted hours or exploring the less crowded areas.

What pet-friendly activities should we do in Benidorm?
Benidorm offers several pet-friendly activities, primarily centred around its parks and some designated beach areas.

For a relaxing stroll with your furry friend, consider Parque de Elche, located at the western end of Poniente Beach. This park is known for its palm trees and resident doves, providing a pleasant, flat walk for both you and your pet. It's an ideal spot for an evening wander before dinner.

Another excellent option is Parque de la Séquia, a larger green space further inland. This park provides more open areas for pets to explore on a lead and is generally less crowded than the beachfront parks. It's a good choice for those looking for a slightly longer walk away from the immediate hustle and bustle.

While most of Benidorm's main beaches have restrictions, there are often designated sections or nearby coves where pets are welcome.
Can I cancel my pet-friendly hotel reservation on Expedia?

Be sure to check your booking confirmation for the exact cancellation policy. For maximum flexibility, use Expedia's "Fully refundable property" filter during your search to find the right pet-friendly hotel in Benidorm for you.

To ensure you've booked a pet-friendly room on Expedia, use the filters in your search and select "Pet friendly" under the "Amenities" section. This will narrow your options to properties that allow pets. Once you find a hotel you're interested in, click on it and review the "Policies" section for specific details about their pet policy. This often includes information about pet types, size restrictions, fees, and whether pets are allowed in all rooms or only certain ones. When selecting your room type, read the room description to check that its pet-friendly, as not all rooms in a pet-friendly hotel may accommodate pets. Bundling can lead to significant savings, especially for international travel or when booking well in advance. However, savings vary depending on factors like destination, travel dates, and availability, so it's wise to compare options.
