This appartment was brilliant near enough the night life but 2 streets back so quiet on a night the appartment was large with full kitchen and washer did all my washing before i came home !!i had the pool to myself most days !!fantastic would definately stay here again i asked for lower floor and we got 3rd floor people complained bout key pick up but it was next door at the beninter office they emailed me code and it was in a box and coming home just dropped it in drop box !!not a problem at all

Cheap and cheerful

Staff were very patient and helpful when I needed them and leading up to the stay communication was excellent. As others have mentioned the apartment is a bit dated and well worn but it is clean and everything you will probably need is included. I only used one out of the 4 beds included, the one I used was firm which is how I like it but your milage may vary I did use a second pillow from a spare bed as I prefer two. The terrace is great I spent most of my time in the apartment there. A leaflet explaining there is a rubbish chute in the emergency stair well would be useful luckily I read in someone else's review so knew where to look but it's very easy to miss, recycling does need to be taken to street bins though. The location is great good entertainment and food close by.

Spacious apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed in it, including washing machine. Nice quiet pool, had no sumbeds but just used a towel under the shaded areas. Fantastic view. Beninter office has good communication.

Perfect Family vacations

Great location, just 7 min from the beach. Amazing views from 19th flor day time and especially at night! Very clean and cozy apartment. Kitchen has everything what you may need including kitchen towels and even washing machine, and the rack to dry washed clothes. Great communication with the management by email and phone, and in person. Our kids 7 and 8 years old now love the Spain! They loved the apartment! A little prompt: if you like the beach with no stones in the water turn right toward Balcon del Mediterraneo and walk for a couple of minutes. Thank you for nice no worries vacation!
