Trevligt hotell med alla rätt, förutom att det var väldigt mycket proffisionella cyklister som kunde vara lite lyhörda. Hotellet är någon form av’cykelhotell’ med cyklister från olika nationer som ligger på träningsläger m.m. Ligger 10 minuters Promenad från centrala Altea. Modernt.

La estancia en el hotel fue buena, empezando por el personal del Front Desk Marivi fue excelente y en todo momento respondió todas mis preguntas con mucho profesionalismo 👍 en él área de Housekeeping mención especial a Viuca que a pesar que es un trabajo duro todos los días dejaba mi habitación impecable, he trabajo por años en la industria hotelera de Las Vegas y siento que está preparada para trabajar directamente con las suites y los VIP. A pleasant break from the norm

Wonderful hotel. Well located with friendly staff. Beautiful location near to the sea. Food excellent but hot food not hot enough for me. Rooms lovely and well thought out and decorated. English TV . Bar very nice but coffee cold at times .Our room was next to lifts and noisy because of that . Parking good.

Ensure to take a room far from the elevators.

Very big and comfortable hotel. Spacious room, nice bathroom. Staff was friendly and breakfast good value for money. Unfortunately we were given a room (527) next to the elevators which made a lot of noise. At one moment I thought there was a Rave party going on. It was not a constant noise, but very loud several times per minute). We were not able to sleep until 2am, and noise started again at 7am (when people stare red taking the elevators again). We did inform the reception at midnight, but apart from saying “we are sorry” nothing happened. At checkout mentioned it again and they were going to look into it… I cannot believe I am the only or first person making that remark. Very disappointed. If you would stay there (the hotel does have good points), make sure to take a room far away from the elevators.

Very nice beachfront hotel. Lovely pool and views. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Room well decorated and exceptionally clean. Good bathroom. Large TV with huge choice of international channels including UK Breakfast - excellent choices and efficient service. Free on-site parking. Laundry facilities (individual and per bag). Lively pool bar with nightly entertainment - friendly staff. Music loud in rooms until midnight - quiet afterwards. Not quite sure what the “Guest experience” desk does, as every time I had a query they referred me to reception.

Suverän frukost👍! Mycket trevlig kvällspersonal mär vi checkade in. Bra läge på hotellet och bra service allmänt. Vi hade dock inte möjlighet att få bytt rum när vi påtalade att hissarnas ljud störde vårt rum vilket var trist även om det bara gällde sista natten av två vi bodde på hotellet. Hotellet kan dock rekommenderas varmt! Och jag reser mycket och är kräsen..

Tolles Hotel

Das Hotel ist groß, liegt direkt am Kieselstrand und verfügt über eine sehr schöne Poolanlage. Sauberkeit kann groß geschrieben werden, top Hygienemassnahmen. Zimmer schlicht und modern eingerichtet, sehr gute und große Betten. Alles sehr sauber. Im Bad findet man ein paar Abnutzungsspuren ist aber insgesamt total o.k. Wir hatten ein Delux-Zimmer (Nr.222) mit direktem Meerblick. Besonders am Morgen fantastisch wie man den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer beobachten kann. Frühstücksbüffet mit vielseitigem Angebot für jeden Geschmack. Nur der Kaffee war absolut schlecht. Leider! Das Abendessen in Büffetform gut aber leider die warme Küche fast kalt. Da läuft was nicht so gut bei der Warmhaltung. Wir werden das Hotel bestimmt wieder mal buchen, aber nur mit Frühstück. Parkplatz gratis auf der Anlage ist ein Plus. Altea Stadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Altstadt mit den romantischen Gassen und prachtvoller Aussicht ist ein Muss.
