We did not interact much with staff but they all seemed ready to help. The breakfast was decent, not a big choice for cereals or natural dairy products. "

"Stayed in many Benidorm hotels and this the best by far. Clean, spacious studio apt with pool view. Great cocktail bar and Cafe attached. Craft ale bar was great too. Pool accessible and always beds available. A great experience. "

"Really nice hotel, check in was quick and friendly. However it was made clear that our room was in a seperate block, which hindered us getting our room, the room itself was amazing 1002b, really spacious, very clean and modern, huge bed lovely pillows and a ni e sleep,woulduse again."
