"They did not have your booking of us. I had to send them your email when I was at reception . Finally sorted. This should never happen very tense for a while. They handled it well. YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. YOU DIDNT MENTION NO LIFT, RECEPTION AND FREE BREAKFAST AT ANOTHER HOTEL. BAD OF YOU."…""They did not have your booking of us.
