Au niveau de l'agence, merci au personnel notamment Maria et Fatima pour leur aide, sans oublier le monsieur qui nous a remis les clés et qui nous a bien dépanné pour la salle de bain un dimanche. Peut etre pour la remise des clés, car Poniente est assez éloigné de l'Agence !!!"

Communication was terrible at times from property owners , all emails in Spanish asking for a deposit after booking , all of this should be done is Expedia not by external emails. "The location is the best. Also the apartment is very spacious. I added wifi on when originally booking, however we never received the wifi code-and I did email several times about it. I think we may have been given the tv remote by mistake-but none of us watch tv on holiday. It’s ok we just used our phone data, but responses to questions could be improved."
