"The room was clean and modern with walk in shower and toiletries included. Free bottle of water on arrival. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic and was waiter service. Extensive breakfast menu. Only downside was the roof terrace which was very small with tables, chairs and chair loungers and you either phone down to bar for bar service or collect yourself. Jacuzzi looked really nice but did not use it. Roof terrace very peaceful with amazing views. Would definitely return. Loved it. "

"The apartment met all expectations. What surpassed expectations was the staff! Andres and Javier in reception are both incredibly nice human beings who went above beyond (helping with luggage, walking me to the unit, getting maintenance late in the evening to repair the a/c.) Even the 2 maintenance men were personable and competent. Add the lending library in the lobby and I won't stay anywhere else in Benidorm!"

"Lovely hotel but isolated from amenities and a long hill climb for those with limited walking abilities. There was no mini golf as advertised so no entertainment when pool was closed. They did have their cars for transport to explore other areas but at cost. Staff were helpful and hotel very clean."
