Overnight stay.

Lovely hotel in the quieter area of Benidorm but right opposite the beach with an uninterrupted view of the beach from all rooms. Lovely to wake up with the sun on your balcony. Staff were really good and helpful. Only had breakfast but found that they had everything you could want and very tasty. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Nice location

Nice clean hotel. It is dated, but serviceable. Food was nice, nothing outstanding. Beautiful views over Benidorm & pleasant location. For me personally major downside was no tea/coffee facilities. Good budget hotel.

Had a nice long weekend stay here 14/2 - 17/2/25. Room was nice (wish I'd got a room on a higher floor for the views!). The hotel was busy with older guests, so not noisy. I spent most of my time out and about, anyway! Special shout out to Minh on reception for helping me out with my airport transfer issue. The bus transfer advice was very helpful... you're a star!

I am looking forward to another stay

After a few small bumps in the road were ironed out everything was fine. As a single guest, I did not need three beds in the room just taking up space. The fridge did not cool sufficiently. Reception dealt with this and then everything was good.

The hotel is in a wonderful location - a feeling of space all around, modern and clean. The rooms are a good size, small balcony with glass panels and all have a sea view and can see Poniente Beach and Benidorm Island. A safe can be rented cheaply and has basic key operation. The bathroom is fully equipped with rainfall shower in some rooms, (ordinary in others) and has inadequate lighting. The wifi is excellent, the buffet breakfasts are good but not great. The pool area is beside the busy sea front road. Most of the reception and cleaning staff are wonderful but I encountered a poor attitude from a security official who was called to my floor to investigate issues with neighbouring rooms. He did all he could to resolve the matter but accused me of losing my cool whilst I was trying to explain the problem to him around the language barrier. He was raising his voice to louder than mine..indeed he shouted down the corridor needlessly disturbing other guests! The walls in the building are shockingly thin, on the whole it is the least soundproofed building both I and a fellow traveller have stayed in.

The location is good, near the beach and a nice walk to old town. Quite nice activities especially in the pool area. The hotel is very crowded and noisy but still ok standard. Some of the staff are nice and polite whereas some are rude and not serviceminded at all. Cleaning of the rooms can also be better, inconsequent- sometimes ok and sometimes for example the trash was left. Overall ok hotel.

Lovely hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Poseidon playa. The view from the room and balcony is fantastic and the bed was very comfy. Half board menu was buffet style with lots of choice. Staff were friendly and courteous

Lovely break

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, beds were so comfortable. Stayed in a B&B basis, expected a continental breakfast it was a full buffet with eggs, bacon etc as well as continental. Was quite a walk to Tapas alley and Levante beach which we didn’t mind. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Clean quiet hotel. Only negative point was we had ordered 2 packed breakfasts to leave early for our flight home and when checking out there was no breakfast for us to take with us so wasn’t happy seeing as we had already paid for it

The Hotel Poseidon Playa was a fantastic place to stay. Warm and friendly staff. Entertainment excellent. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food amazing with lots of choices. 10 out of 10
