"Just notice pillow cases didnt look fresh, a couple different hand strands on some.Taking bins out wasnt really necessary due to limited use of them so I felt bad for the environment plus doing that tasks felt like it shouldn't be a part of a process in the stay as thats a cleaners job. Loved the stay and would be happy to return :)"

"When we turned down the bed to go to sleep we saw a redish/Brown stain on the sheet covering the matress.My mother who travels to northlake for a medical treatment every three months is very stricted when it comes to cleanlyness and was very upset about finding the stain so I went and told the front desk that there was a stain on our sheet he replyed in a cold manner saying her would be up in a little while to take a look. When he arrived he replaced the sheet and made the bed and said it looked like a rust stain. I said sorry for the trouble and thanked him. I thanked him because it wasn't his fault it was the cleaners fault but he looked and sounded really angry and left. The only other problem was the hand soap was out as well as the body wash. We love to stay here for the convenance. Close to the Shopping centers and Costco. The lake is also a very nice place to relax and unwind. The lady receptionist on the morning of our checkout was very polite. We will make another booking but might ring up and ask for our sheets to be changed before our arrival next time."
