"I had made a mistake 2 years ago and forgot to cancel my reservation, 100% my fault. They were incredibly nice and didn't charge me for my room, even though they had every right to. This was our next trip to Napa from Minnesota, and made sure we (2 couples) stayed there to thank them for their kindness. Great location for a wine trip. All the staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was very nice...coffee, juice, milk, a few hot items, cereal, coffee cake, fresh fruit, cookies at 6:00 pm. Rooms were very clean, dated... but the hotel had a very warm "homey" feel to it Would absolutely stay there again. "

"This place is a great place to stay. The property is close to so many things and also very quiet. The two challenges we had were, the TV would not connect, but not a big deal for us as we were out most of the day. the staff attempted to fix for us (and I am sure they could have the next day), but again not a concern for us. The only other thing for me (but not my family), I am a light sleeper and there is a side window that has a light on outside so it made the room a little bright for me during the night...but that's because I am a light sleeper. Thanks for the great stay!"

"It was not the best hotel in southern Marin, but unless you are into an expensive boutique hotel, this is a great value. Plus there is one of the better coffee cart situations literally steps away. Nice people, clean room and convenient. What else do you need. "
