"The first room the sink was plugged and dirty. The second room was not clean, the ceiling was in very rough shape with mold water leaking from somewhere. "

"I loved everything about this place. I called and asked questions several times before my guest and I arrived. Everytime, the staff was friendly and answered all questions. The room had a nice view as described on their page, and I requested rose petals for the room which were arranged so perfectly! The restaurant across the way had delicious food and great service both times (We had dinner and breakfast before we left). I will definitely be coming back here and recommend the location to anyone I know. Thank you all at the Portofino."
