The hotel was wonderful. Staff was helpful and friendly. The bar/gastropub was a great spot to grab a drink or something to eat. Accomodations were excellent.

Walk to parking area not easy with luggage, sidewalk would be nice. Best place to stay inside the walls.

Ubicación inmejorable, pegado a la muralla, que puedes ver en los pasillos. Cafetería muy apetecible tanto para desayunar como para cena informal. El personal encantador.

Beautiful
The hotel is located inside Avila’s walls. This is a perfect location! There is a piece of this wall inside the hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms very comfortable. I will return to this palace if I visit Avila again. Highly recommend it.

Visit to Avila
We were experiencing central Spain on a road trip. We had booked this hotel for a couple of nights. We spent a lot of our time exploring Avila which was busy with lots of tourists. The hotel won our award for the best of our trip. A lovely hotel with a well designed mix of old and modern. All public areas were a delight to use. Our room was very spacious with a large bed and sofa lots of storage space. The bathroom was lovely with a walk-in shower Breakfast was cooked to order with lots of choice and and no limit on what you could have. The service offered by all members of staff was exceptional and their language skills hard to beat. If we ever come back to the area we’d rebook in a heartbeat. This may be a Best Western Hotel but one to definitely choose!! Keep up the good work. Gracias

The hotel was very nice room great big and nice bed pillows no that good at all. My rating is more related to my check in. I don't know if all the staff are the same but the lady how did my check in no friendly at all. Even rude. After that just made my night no pleasant and even walking in and out was uncomfortable do to her lack of hapoynes maybe she was having a bad day. Place is amazing great place do drink in the patio and restarutars

The hotel is right at the entrance of the old town. It is just minutes from the cathedral. The hotel was built in 2015 and it is still fresh and very nice. It has 2 floors but not a lot of rooms. It is peaceful and the decor was nicely done. We made our last minute reservation with the hotel on the same day. Elena was the one who helped us through the process. The check-in was very easy and Elena was extremely professional and friendly. She upgraded us to a nice room. The breakfast was made to order. We enjoyed it a lot. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Avila.

Fantastic hotel
A wonderful hotel in a beautiful city. I had a month traveling across Spain and this was the best hotel I stayed in. The staff were very friendly and the room was stunning, very big and the bed extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Avila.

Truly a remarkable visit. Easy access to Avila and it’s treasures. Professional and friendly staff. Well maintained property. Breakfast options work at hotel for there are not too many places in town for early breakfast. Hotel restaurant is well appointed with reasonable options for dinner. Would definitely return to the hotel next time!
