"Everything was perfect, location perfect, clean & cozy. Service was really good, even though I requested the early check in and they charged me for it, when I got there, the code didn't work until 3pm anyway; but I requested the money back and they refunded the money right away to my account. Other than that, everything was perfect. We will stay here if we come back to Madrid soon. Thank you."

"Walking distance to the cathedral and the palace. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was satisfactory. Not a four star experience, but perfect for the budget traveler. The staff was amazing and very helpful."

"The location was incredible. We enjoyed our time in Madrid and the place gave us great access to most of the downtown areas and parks. I guess for the price I was expecting everything to work/be comfortable and clean, but I am not sure if the price reflected the location more than the amenities. Either way we had fun and enjoyed our time in Madrid. I would describe this place as 5-star location with 3-star accommodations."
