"A there was no laundry even though a card about it was in the room! Very very small room about 1 foot at end of bed! Sink was outside bathroom and shower and toilet were all in one like a camper with a step up to enter it! It was ok clean and walking distance to airport. We ordered early cab that didn’t show!"

"For what I needed in the area of the hotel, it was all great…. But just because there’s an event on (F1 AusGP) shouldn’t mean jacking prices up!!! Great room, clean and tidy, and the AC worked great!!! "

"Shuttle would not take me to terminal 4. My wife and I had to walk to terminal 4 with 2 big suitcases,2 carry ons and 2 nap sacks. This was at 5:00 AM. Unacceptable. We are both seniors and would never stay here again. Don’t advertise a shuttle when all it does is take you to terminal 1 when there are 4 terminals at the airport. "

"We called the reception for an airport shuttle tonight and it arrives straight away. The lady who was driving was just amazing. Friendly and welcoming after a long trip. Check in was was and the staff at the front desk were so friendly and efficient. "

"Stayed here for the F1. Good value for money, carpet and amenities could be improved. Missed that we had breakfast included in our stay and had to be brought to reception which was fine but could be a bit better. Overall though a good stay and good value."
