"We are just wrapping our 4-night stay at the Umusic Madrid and I cannot speak highly enough about our experience. I went back and forth through hundreds of reviews when trying to pick a place for my 6 year-old and I to stay and I am so happy we decided on Umusic. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city in Sol which made it so easy to get to all of the sights and beyond (by walking or public trans). Upon check-in, we were greeted with a Cava and cold water, which was a wonderful touch. We had a deluxe guest room which was perfect for our party of 2. The hotel and room was just as pictured, super clean and modern. They have a lovely pool area which was the perfect place to relax after touring during the heat wave. The rooftop bar was a great place to have an evening drink under the sunset. We opted for the included breakfast which was fantastic! Lots of options with both buffet and made to order dishes. This also included cava, cappuccino/espresso bar and Bloody Mary station. All of the staff were amazing! They were warm, welcoming, and attentive. Overall, this was such a wonderful property and we would definitely stay again!"
"The hotel was in a perfect location. Close to the palace and theatre distict...Grand Rio is a great street for shopping, walking, site seeing, eating!!! The staff were great, rooftop bar awesome especially the sangria!!! Rooms were large enough for 3 adults... toile space small but beds comfy!!"
