Arenal Suite is the most wonderful property I’ve stayed in on a city break like this. Absolutely amazing location, incredible communication from Christian (especially when our flight was cancelled and plan changed) - he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt at home. The apartment itself was stunning - so clean and spacious with lovely decor, fabulous bathroom, comfy beds and everything we needed. Definitely planning to stay again - thank you Arenal Suites and Christian! We had the best time!

Great Location!

Location, location, location. Property was centrally located to everything. Sebastian, the attendant and property manager was extremely nice with advice on restaurants and places to visit near us. Very clean unit that looked like it was newly remolded. Would absolutely recommend!

Very nice, spacious and clean apartments in the middle of everything. Trains are 5 minutes from your doorsteps. We were welcome by Christian, who was very helpful and prompt. Our flight arrived early morning, and had to store our luggage in the storage locker, right behind the building. Christian let us know that our apartment was ready early and we could check in early if we wanted to. Thank you for a great stay!

Really lovely apartment in the heart of Madrid. It is in a busy area but quite well insulated from sound. Lots to see within walking distance. The entrance to the building is a bit hard to navigate and is a bit dated but once you actually get to the unit it is very modern and well-maintained.

We were looking for a 2BR and 2 bathroom apartment for two couples. Christian was excellent in looking after us. He gave us tips for the area and got us extra supplies. The suite was in an great location, was very clean and had ample space for the 4 of us. The only downsides were 1.5 baths and the wifi didnt reach the last bedroom, but when we checked out and advised Christian he said that an extender will fix that. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

The property is in the heart of Puerta de Sol, yet not in a main square with all of the bustle and noise. Very modern and clean apartment inside an unassuming commercial building. The only drawback was the faulty washer/dryer unit we had, but the maintenance staff was very responsive to look into it.

Communication started prior to arrival to ensure check in was easy. Suite was clean and had many kitchen amenities. It is by a busy area and the windows keep out most of the sounds, but there is the occasional yelling around 2 to 3am. Location is very close to sol station (which is having lots of construction), plaza mayor and the market. There is also a place to do groceries nearby as well. Highly recommend for those who don't mind the bustle of the city as the location and property itself is nice.

Our first time to Madrid. Picked this place because it was a great price. Glad we did because it is in an amazing location and close to a lot of historical sites. Building is very sound proofed. For how loud it was outside, we could not hear it in our unit. Will definitely stay here again if we come back.

This apartment is lovely--fantastic location (pedestrian street, two minute walk from metro Sol, lots of food, upscale groceries, 15 minute walk to Prado etc.) The bed was great. the a/c was great, lots of room, great hosts. The only flaw is that the wifi is not that good. We just used our phones but if you had to work, this would become an issue. Fantastic place overall.

Está muy bien ubicada. Al lado de la plaza del sol. Está totalmente remodelado el apartamento y tuvimos una muy buena recepción por parte del personal. Tienes que manejar llaves en la noche para la apertura del edificio y sólo tienes un juego de llaves
