"Large space by Tokyo standards and very conveniently located. Pretty easy to find from address and photos. Climbing three levels with heavy suitcases was a challenge in the tiny stairwell. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen was rather cold and limited but fine for two people and a short stay. Bedroom was warm and bed comfortable."

"We were only able to stay 2 nights. If i had a chance to do it again, I would have spent all 4 nights in Tokyo at Aoyama. Ben was a great host and so helpful. He greeted us and showed us the home and how to work everything. He provided GREAT recommendations. His breakfast choice was perfect. The home itself was a little small for the 4 of us, but note my boys & husband are all over 6' 2" tall so everything feels too small for them. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked and there was a Nescafe...

"The rooms are spacious and you can get your towels and rubbish cleared easily by using a magnetic tab on your day to alert cleaning staff. The room was a good size we stopped in and had views of the city. It’s in a great spot within easy walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and even Shinjuku is very walkable … It could’ve been cleaner but look overall I was very pleased with the hotel an the room we had. "
