I like the most expect the location that it was difficult to find the hotel
Staff not properly trained in interacting with customers. Instead of asking politely, they want to give directives or orders. Had settled a bill but was asked to pay up. Eventually got apology but very disturbing incident.
Convenient, small but clean and comfortable Hope to have the shuttle bus schedule in afternoon too
Very spacious and comfortable room. Loves the Hotel, Staff and so very close to the train station.
We liked the onsen facility very much. The entire prooerty was clean and taken care of. Hotel staff was helpful. The room was clean but extremely small to maneuver around.
