This hotel is amazing! Incredible room, amazing swimming pool and spa area, great restaurant, and right next to a subway stop within one minute. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and a special shout out to Kenichi who went above and beyond to help me with transportation, activities, and other questions that I had. Really an awesome hotel and perhaps the greatest city on earth, Tokyo.

We loved the location. The hotel is in a wonderful part of the city and you like like you are in a neighborhood. The hotel is boutique style so was very nice. The room offered a ton of storage and was very spacious. The room could be slightly restored, but the square footage of the room and location made up for it. Would definitely return and recommend it.

The property is located next to a Ginza line subway stop and a 5 min walk to the National Stadium. Had wonderful and positive interactions with all staff and provided services. Shibuya Crossings was 2 subway stops or 30 min walk away. Lots of restaurants within 10 min walking area. Being from the USA, we felt the room size was great also compare to other hotels we considered. Would definitely stay again and recommend

Absolutely loved the location. A quieter area, not many tourists. Close to train station and lots of convenience stores. Hotel is dated but very clean. Very specious rooms. Walking distance to Stadium. Great to catch a baseball game. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only one stop away from Omotesando. I would definately return and stay.

It was great staying here.

Stayed 7 nights with my family in Classical room in 2024 January. There are convenience stores(7-11, Family Mart), 24h super markets(成城石井Seijo Ishii), and restaurants(Wendy's, Ramen, Yakitori, etc.) nearby. Hence, you don't need to have the breakfast in the hotel's restaurant which is expensive. The hotel is close to Gaienmae(外苑前) station(Ginza Line), so it's very easy traveling around. The room is very clean and soundproofed. They also provide free bottled water every day.
