Room was clean and well enough equipped for the price. VERY creaky floors though.
Parking is street parking. Off peak that wasn’t an issue within a short walk.
Some road noise but nothing that stopped me sleeping.

I have to say we have travelled to many places over the years and this is the nicest hotel room we have ever had.
It appeared to have everything you could need and comfort as well. The staff were lovely, shout out to Kevin who assisted me with a payment issue. This Hotel Is attached to the Star, with light rail underneath and is also only a short walk to Pyrmont Bay ferry. I definitely intend to stay here again :)

Fantastic hotel right in the middle of the city! I was extremely happy staying here and could pop outside at any time and I’d have a plethora of food options! Highly recommended if you want a well priced conveniently located hotel in the CBD! The rooms were beautiful too!

The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. The hotel service was very efficient and we received a small treat and message for the birthday being celebrated. Highly recommend FS for a luxury city...

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. and in particular the outstanding customer service I received.
