"Very comfortable and spacious room, with a small desk, 4 post bed with mosquito net, air conditioning and decent size storage room. Bathroom was nice too. Staff were very nice and friendly and helped with laundry, scooter rental and tours. Great location to Lipah beach with amazing snorkeling to see coral fish and turtles"

Note that the noise from the bar next door is really loud as mentioned by other reviews, but it stopped by 11 and is generally very peaceful after that."

"Cheap place to stay. Decent breakfast. The door lock was questionable. There is a chain on the outside and you use a key lock to lock the door when you leave. "

"The property is absolutely beautiful, all lawns trees flowers so well kept, gorgeous and peaceful. Kadek the host provided exceptional service with meals and many other key services such as arranging our snorkeling trip, which was led by a super guide who knew the area well, the star fish and turtle really were beautiful. "I booked a deluxe room with ocean view. Their property is right on the beach, not merely nearby, like many other places that have beach in their name. Friendly staff, great restaurant, hot shower, big clean room, balcony, cold a/c. Near snorkelling sites. I highly recommend this stay."
