The Griya Villas and Spa
5.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (176)
"If youre into quiet serene views, lots of space and being surrounded by nature, far from the hustle and bustle of city life, then Griya is the place for you. We really enjoyed our stay abd the staff were super helpful and friendly. It was during caterpillar season though and part of the "nature" bit included the upsides and downsides...in this case, loads of caterpillars crawling everywhere- you get used to it after a while and they're quick to send someone round to clean up. Double One Villas Amed II
3.0 star property
7.6 out of 10, Good, (33)
"We enjoyed our stay but mostly confined to hotel being older and not being able to walk up and down hills. Great having a big room and kitchen to cook in as there are no restaurants in the hotel. Awful walk across the road and down to the beach. Cute little restaurant next door and the supermarket there has a great variety of items. Huge steps in the pool make access a little difficult. Great wifi. Great budget hotel for self contained unit. Needs some new coffee mugs and glasses etc."

Double One Villas Amed
3.0 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (44)
"This hotel was close to the bottom of our list (we stayed at 8 locations throughout our trip, ranging from $31 to 262 a night). Reasons was that there walls were cracked and dirty, hot water was spotty, they had screens over some areas that couldn't be closed, so outside noise and hot air came in easily. The towel they provided was washed but stained, and there isn't much light in the room which further extends the somewhat drab look of the place. "
