"Clean rooms"

"Good hotel with airport shuttle. Had an issue with the room and they were able to move me to another room."

"There's not much to offer in regards to the hotel it looks like it's still under renovation not quite finished which will explain why some of the areas are blocked off The rooms are spacious and were clean but the staff at the front desk terrible I mean just bad customer service you know sometimes people really show that they are disinterested in a position they hold look at the appearance look at how they respond to you as though you're bothering them I don't know what the young lady name is but earlier this morning I had a conversation with her just a quick brief situation and it said a lot about who they have at the front desk she shouldn't be at the front desk she's a poor representation of what you guys are trying to do there and if you're trying to renovate and brandis is a new place you really need more friendly or people at the front desk."

"The courtyard was really nice, the staff was awesome and helpful. The room was nice, comfortable and the hotel convenient."

"For the amount we paid for a very small room I was hoping there would at least be a tv that worked properly or has some type of streaming service. Otherwise decent stay for a night in Vancouver and being central to venues."

"I love this property. It's central to everything. It offers all to a guest would need. Its my favorite place to stay when in the city. I recommend it everyone! It truly is an amazing place to stay! 😀"
