Apartments in Alpine

"As we first entered the room it smelled like cigarettes and there was only 1 towel. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels and only was given 2 pool towels. This was the first hotel that I had been to that charged for parking. I explained thelat when I booked the room it never said about parking fees and they were nice enough to comp the parking for us. We stayed there 4 days and the housekeeping NEVER cleaned, emptied the trash or left clean towels in our room. The mirror in the room wasn't cleaned because there was blood and pus on it as if someone popped their pimples in front of it. The floors were dirty and needed to be mopped. The shower was ok but there was hair in the tub and on the shower curtain. The coffee maker was broken and after notifying the front desk they never brought a working one. After 2 days my husband had to go to the front desk and ask again for another coffee maker. Everywhere you walked there smelled like marijuana and the ground and stairs need a power wash. The WiFi was good and the beds were clean and comfortable."

"I was leery when I pulled in and it was a 4-storey motel but with the elevator and being on the 3rd floor, you couldn't tell. There rooms are simply decorated and clean with no carpets. "
