"Appalling accommodation. Nothing like the photos or description. The room was dusty, the toilet dirty and the TV didn’t work. I rang the managing agent several times and they passed on messages to the owners but no one responded. I was given the owners number but they wouldn’t answer. We had no TV for our whole 8 night stay. My wife cleaned the toilet, bathroom and kitchen and I dusted the furniture. We were given a partial refund after checking out but do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Stay was in April 2026"

"This lovely old home was a pleasure to stay in. The beds were comfy and warm & the kitchen well equipped for what we needed. The location was close to the pub where we went for a meal.We only had one night but would highly recommend it,"

"I absolutely loved how welcome both my dog and I felt. Appreciated the treats, the bed, the bowls, poo bags and mat for him plus the blanket and sheet to cover the furniture plus plenty of grassed areas and a bin close by. The bath was so very relaxing. My only complaint is that the property is no longer accepting pet bookings and I was planning to return for 3 nights next April. Now I need to find somewhere else 😭"
