We arrived earlier than our check in to make use of the hotels luggage store, which we also utilised for a coupld of hours after check out. This was a big help for our trip and saved us trailing a large suitcase round the city. The staff were very welcoming and explained everything well. Our room was immaculate and had everything we needed for a relax stay in London."
