"From the point of booking the communication was very good answering all the questions we had prior to our trip.
We arrived earlier than our check in to make use of the hotels luggage store, which we also utilised for a coupld of hours after check out. This was a big help for our trip and saved us trailing a large suitcase round the city.
The staff were very welcoming and explained everything well.
Our room was immaculate and had everything we needed for a relax stay in London."
