"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Martinique. The view from our balcony and from the infinity pool / spa was spectacular and well worth climbing the hill for. The apartment was spacious and fully equiped with all that we needed. The location was excellent in terms of proximity to the beach, Main Street and Port of Arlie. Just be prepared for a steep climb, that is unless you have a car, choose to use taxis or are being picked up and dropped off for day trips as we were. Overall, I’d highly recommend Martinique and would definitely stay again if we were to return to Airlie Beach. "

"Room didn’t look like pictures. The property was pretty run-down, there is no WiFi in the rooms and the TV wasn’t functional as the terrestrial stations were unavailable as the aerial didn’t work and again, there’s no WiFi so the TV was useless. Positives, checking in was easy and the staff we encountered were really nice"

"Thick dust on wardrobe shelves- got all over our clothes so had to wipe them all down. Lack of privacy on balcony and very loud noise from one of them with a group of men drinking. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool but weather not in our favour so didn’t use ."

"Room hadn’t been cleaned properly as we found clothes from previous travellers beside bed as well as dirty tissue beside bed and towel was smeared with excrement. The lift was being maintained which is fine but our room was right next to the construction meeting point it seemed and the noise was terrible. Couldn’t sit out on balcony at all. Disappointed with stay to say the least"

"The room was very quiet and had a relaxing view of the lagoon and trees. Customer service, across the board, was friendly and they went out of their way to assist. Great location, very central and walking distance to most key tourist spots. No steep hills to climb like many other accomodation options in town. This is my second stay at the hotel and i would return again. "
