"Before you read this just know I travel solo and tend to just deal with things cause life could be much worse. It’s a good location and good price. It didn’t really feel clean though I was kind of grossed out. Idk if someone came into the room and didn’t like and switch or something but the towels weren’t straight like you normally see when you check in. The toliet lid was open and smelled like someone had recently took a dookie. I also noticed a few hairs on the corner of the shower wall while I was showering. Other than that, the parking was a little annoying with the way it is set up. There’s weird angles because it surrounds the entrance. Some giant trucks were parked there and it was just really annoying trying to fit my Bronco next to them. There’s no elevator so if you want to stay on the top floor be prepared. I choose the top because I can’t stand hearing people above me at 3am. There’s lack of signage when trying to find the ice machine. And the pool is in a really strange area, right next to some parking spots. It wasn’t a good vibe. Also, the lobby is not set up for check in. You walk into to a small walkway and lounge furniture and it’s just awkward cause you don’t know where to stand when someone is blocking the walkway checking in. There’s no signage telling you where a line should form. There was also a computer issue with the people checking in when I got there and I had to wait like 20 minutes for the front desk to fix it. She was really nice tho!"

"Restaurants were not good. Housekeeping was terrible room check in was at 6:45 we waiting almost 3 hours. "

"The pool and slide were amazing. The suite was spacious and it was lovely to have a kitchen and balcony. The staff were super responsive and helpful. The lifeguards did an amazing job keeping the kids safe, especially Claire. The only thing I can say that’s constructive feedback is that there are not nearly enough lounge chairs at the pool. Guests are lined up at 8am when it opens and line 90% of the chairs with towels/belongings by 8:15am. If you come to the pool at 9, there’s nowhere to put your things. We had to take cafe chairs to just have a spot for our things, other than leaving them the ground. Once we figured out what we had to do, we also got in line at 8am to get a chair but I really wish we didn’t have to do that while on vacation. I love lazy mornings but realize that’s not possible here. Other than this, we were very happy at this resort. We will definitely be coming back! "

"The Inn makes everything convenient because it's right in the middle of town. Restaurants and shops are right out your door, yet the room was quiet, clean, and cozy. After having dinner at Ferro, we returned to our room and built a fire. It was an outstanding experience in every respect! "

"We had to move rooms due to not being provided the room we bought. The door handle at the second room didn’t work, I called it in and it never got fixed. With luggage in my hands it’s hard to kick a door down. Breakfast cooks were amazing, major props to them for dealing with hungry patrons. "

"Very spacious suites. Clean rooms with a small kitchen. Heated pool and spa. Breakfast was more than I had expected and the staff were very friendly. Nice location. "
