Our King Room, with Ocean views, located on the 19th floor was immaculate and spacious. The bed, super comfortable. On-site parking $25/day can be prepaid. "The location is great and easy walking to all that Broadbeach has to offer. However, the website leads you to believe that family units are on the 2nd floor. We arrived after hours and were on the 20th floor. Speaking to reception the next morning, the blunt response was that we needed to request this upon booking. With regard to the unit; the oven did not heat and it appeared to be a faulty dial, the main wardrobe lacked room because of a shower chair stored in it. On our 3rd day we arrived...
