"A good choice for stay in London"
It is a very nice hotel to stay and the staff is really good. I arrived late after midnight. And since I traveled from US, I brought an adaptor with me, which breaks immediately and my room ran out of electricity too. what a first day. However the staff helped me figure out the outage. And the hotel has adaptors for sale too. I was saved. Can't believe convenient it is to travel from here. Almost next to the train station, where I took the public transportation, hop on hop off bus, and my eurostar train to Paris. Highly recommend it!

"Modern Hotel in London"
This is a relatively new hotel behind an old facade. The room I had was excellent - a narrow, long room with enough space, a well equipped bathroom which was modern and clean. Toiletries were good and there was a small refrigerator in the room - a real plus, air conditioning (a relative rarity in London at this price, and really necessary when it is hot - yes it does happen in London. I have been caught in a very small, extremely uncomfortably hot hotel room in London in the past, as London experienced a wave of hot days). Room servicing was very good. The hotel is walking distance to Paddington station - I used the Heathrow Express - and is about 2 minutes from Edgware Rd tube station. There are 3 supermarkets close by, the Marks and Spencer foodhall is just across the road. The area has some good pubs and lots of restaurants, with many middle-Eastern ones. The area is not as genteel as, say, kensington or Bloomsbury, but it is interesting and safe, and you are only a tube's ride from other parts of London. A walk down to Little Venice is worth it o a nice day. Breakfast can be bought at the attached Costas coffee shop - part of a chain, but there are other places close by. The hotel is recommended.

"No-frills accommodations convenient to transit. "
This hotel is more than adequate for a stay in London. Great, friendly staff and convenient location to the London Underground, with stores and restaurants right nearby. Booking through Expedia includes many "extras" otherwise billed separately (wifi, tv, etc.). Housekeeping services are only provided once every three nights or so, and extra towels cost extra. There is air conditioning in the room, so that was an added bonus. Rooms could use more furnishings, and are small to American standards, but the room more than fit the bill for our vacation stay.

"Perfect location to Kensington Park"
It's across the street from Kensington Park/Palace and within walking distance to the River Thames and Big Ben via Buckingham Palace and Westminster Cathedral (about three miles). Breakfast is okay, there is a bar in the afternoon/evening, but Internet access is horrific if you need to use your computer; phone access was good, but not if you have to do any work, and it's only available in the sitting room next to the lobby. Limited restaurants in the area, so eat before you come back to the hotel.

"Small but clean and great value "
Ok so it's not a 5 star grandiose hotel. It is however a clean, comfortable hotel in the middle of London that is great value. Highly recommended.

"Great location. Great price"
two minute walk from St Pancras on relatively quiet side street. Pub next door created a little noise but could have been worse. Hotel wasn't very sound proof inside and we were under a stairwell in the basement. A couple of later arrivals made for a late sleep for us, but it was surprisingly quiet throughout the night even with the windows wide open due to the heat, Bathroom a glorified cupboard but well equipped. Shower very good. Hairdryer included too, which is rare. Generally clean, beds comfy. Room small and down a narrow, windy staircase with no lift. Staff very good, wifi available but tetchy. Overall, a good hotel for the money. Ideal for one night for convenience but not a luxury stay. I'd come again.

"Very good location in easy reach of train stations"
Only stayed 2nights & literally only slept in my room as I was visiting friends & family. I was unused to sharing bath/toilet facilities so it certainly was an experience. The staff were friendly & helpful
