"To catch Eurostar in the morning."
Room was a bit small for two persons. Ensuite toilet was well designed. Lots of room to put toiletries/bag. Lift is too small. TV was fine with reasonable selections. Good location near Underground and train station. Easy access to food.

"Close to everything"
Walked from Paddington Station to the Tune Hotel, Paddington with our back packs and one, fairly large suitcase. It was only a couple of blocks away and we wanted to save our money for sight seeing, hence the budget-priced stay at Tune, Paddington and we were very pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and modern styling. It appeared to be almost new. The price was bare-bones and if you wanted anything extra, like leaving your luggage at the office until the room was available if you were early, it was a modest amount per item left, but it was a reminder that your price didn't include any extras, which is what we wanted. There were plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby with good food and prices as well as a 'Pret a Manger' next block over, with tasty, healthy and well-priced sandwiches and meals including breakfast.

"Prime location, but rooms need work"
The best part about this hotel is the location. It's right in the center of Earl's Court; a block away from the Earl's Court Tube Station, and it's surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants, as well as a large supermarket down the road. Pretty much everything you'd need is a short walk away. In addition, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, this would only be a good budget hotel for anyone either not staying for very long and/or not spending a lot of time in the room. My room (a single bed) was smaller than a closet. The bed was super old and in terrible shape. The shower was super small, and the TV was incredibly small as well. There is also no air conditioning, so you're fine in the cooler months, but I wouldn't want to be in the room when it gets hot. There was plenty of construction and renovation taking place to nearby buildings, but there wasn't much noise coming from it. If you're looking for a cheap hotel in a great location in the cooler months, this should be fine.

"Modern Hotel in London"
This is a relatively new hotel behind an old facade. The room I had was excellent - a narrow, long room with enough space, a well equipped bathroom which was modern and clean. Toiletries were good and there was a small refrigerator in the room - a real plus, air conditioning (a relative rarity in London at this price, and really necessary when it is hot - yes it does happen in London. I have been caught in a very small, extremely uncomfortably hot hotel room in London in the past, as London experienced a wave of hot days). Room servicing was very good. The hotel is walking distance to Paddington station - I used the Heathrow Express - and is about 2 minutes from Edgware Rd tube station. There are 3 supermarkets close by, the Marks and Spencer foodhall is just across the road. The area has some good pubs and lots of restaurants, with many middle-Eastern ones. The area is not as genteel as, say, kensington or Bloomsbury, but it is interesting and safe, and you are only a tube's ride from other parts of London. A walk down to Little Venice is worth it o a nice day. Breakfast can be bought at the attached Costas coffee shop - part of a chain, but there are other places close by. The hotel is recommended.

"Clean small room"
A very small room, about 150 square feet at most, but all I needed was a clean warm dry place to sleep at the end of the day. Only issue was the shower drain was slow so couldn't take a long hot shower, staff was responsive when I reported it. Be aware that everything is charged for like towels, breakfast and anything else that you are used to as complementary. Think low cost carrier of hotels. Overall a good stay though.

"Small but clean and great value "
Ok so it's not a 5 star grandiose hotel. It is however a clean, comfortable hotel in the middle of London that is great value. Highly recommended.
