"Nice hotel, Good location"
Had a great stay here for three nights. Room was small in size but very clean and had a good bed and a nice ensuite. It only took 5 minutes to walk to Kings Cross, which was an excellent station to be close to because it was connected to so many metro lines. No breakfast but the restaurant next door offered a 20% discount so a breakfast for two only cost about 10-15 pounds. Had to pay extra for wifi and the cleaning service but they both turned out to be very handy and we'll done (good connection).

"Excellent value"
I admit, I was pretty nervous about this hotel. My husband and I were spending a week in London, and it was our first time. The range of prices is huge, and I wanted to stick to a budget, but this seemed too extreme to be true. I picked this hotel primarily for the location to Paddington Station, expecting we would take the tube and also the Heathrow Express to the airport. We never did take the underground (used Uber) but it was great for the Express, we got to the airport in under 30 minutes very easily. Location was great, lots of little restaurants nearby and a Tesco across the street. No shortage of food at any price range. It was clean and modern. If you've ever been to Tokyo, you'll understand, these are tiny rooms! But they were clean and cute and we expected this. Slight drawbacks: I booked two separate beds, the receptionist confirmed this when checking in, then got into a room with one bed. Was too tired to go back and change the room, not the end of the world, I'm sure they would've fixed it had I said something. The beds are very very very firm. We ended up sleeping on top of the comforter. Other drawback, EVERY TIME you go back into the room the AC/Heater thing turns on automatically. So annoying, but you could turn it off.. The room could sometimes get hot, so thank goodness we had a little window to crack, as we hate AC, it's too dry and loud. I don't think I'd stay in a windowless room. I'll be back to this hotel, we loved it otherwise!

"Modern Hotel in London"
This is a relatively new hotel behind an old facade. The room I had was excellent - a narrow, long room with enough space, a well equipped bathroom which was modern and clean. Toiletries were good and there was a small refrigerator in the room - a real plus, air conditioning (a relative rarity in London at this price, and really necessary when it is hot - yes it does happen in London. I have been caught in a very small, extremely uncomfortably hot hotel room in London in the past, as London experienced a wave of hot days). Room servicing was very good. The hotel is walking distance to Paddington station - I used the Heathrow Express - and is about 2 minutes from Edgware Rd tube station. There are 3 supermarkets close by, the Marks and Spencer foodhall is just across the road. The area has some good pubs and lots of restaurants, with many middle-Eastern ones. The area is not as genteel as, say, kensington or Bloomsbury, but it is interesting and safe, and you are only a tube's ride from other parts of London. A walk down to Little Venice is worth it o a nice day. Breakfast can be bought at the attached Costas coffee shop - part of a chain, but there are other places close by. The hotel is recommended.

Place was nice and central to the tubes which was great, could use a mini fridge, the place was stuffy during summer months and when we opened a window it was too much noise at all times during the night. Oveall it was ok

Very well located, just a few minutes walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras. The room was small but clean and a bargain by London standards.

"Small but clean and great value "
Ok so it's not a 5 star grandiose hotel. It is however a clean, comfortable hotel in the middle of London that is great value. Highly recommended.

"Good bargain, great location"
Great location across the street from the Lambeth North tube station, 5-minute walk to Waterloo station. Westminster Bridge is also five minutes away. Lots of pubs nearby. There is a 24-hour convenience store across the street, and a Tesco Express just down the block. And a Costa coffee shop on the corner, as well. Rooms were cozy, to put it nicely, but hopefully you are not in London to lounge in a hotel room. Room had AC, as well as a window that opened.

"clean,cheap and accessible"
if you want a clean, cheap and accessible hotel stay in London - this is it. I booked a room without a window as I was only staying one night and its cheaper. This place is perfectly adequate, not luxurious but what do you expect for the money?
