"Hotel.com didn't process booking correctly luckily Richard the owner phoned me and informed me and sorted it out over phone so our weekend wasn't ruined. If your expecting the Ritz go somewhere else if you want cheap clean and comfort go to the aysgarth hotel. Location is perfect 2 minute walk to beach or central pier. Owners couldn't do enough for you will definitely go back there again."

"We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor but we noticed straight away that the toilet was leaking. The staff were straight onto the problem but it couldn't be quickly fixed so we were moved to an alternative room which was more spacious and with a nicer outlook. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. We enjoyed the breakfasts and booked to eat in the hotel each night and were not disappointed- good food, and not too pricey. "Plesent stay. Lovely gentlemen greeted us and checked us in. Room was small but clean. I did find the bed a bit hard and uncomfortable but it did for a night away. It was in a ideal place just a short walk to the front. How ever parking is very limited and it was full but the time we got there Over all happy with the stay x "

"Hotel is massively dated and the room was just poor , very old n stunk of damp. The bed was so old springs were sticking up , outside of the room the floors creaked so badly that every time someone walked past even quietly it made a racket. The windows were so filthy outside and inside you could barely see out of them. "
