"The hotel is perfectly positioned in the centre of Lancaster for shops, bars and pubs. Check in was very easy. Don't know if it was the building, but getting mobile data signal in the room was difficult - make sure you know what the Wifi code is before going in! Ideally having it in the room somewhere would've been really useful!"
