Total dump and a health risk

This place should be closed down immediately, it is a risk to life and health. Electricals have not been PAT tested for years, power sockets hanging out of the walls, rooms are filthy, furniture ripped and in poor repair. We were forced to move rooms 3 times, we offered to pay extra to stay in "upgraded" rooms but this was refused, in reality there were no better rooms. Staff were uninterested and the "Duty manager Tony", refused to deal with the situation and dismissed us in a flippant manner. One of our party opted to return home due to the unacceptable state of our room. Avoid at all costs, you will regret staying at this dump.

Great stay.

Absolutly brilliant for the kids, entrainment staff were fantastic. Chalet was very basic but clean and had everything needed. Brand new bedding given on arrival so very useful. Parks are great, bar staff were lovely too 😁 abit loud at night times but its expected.

Not the best.

When I booked a room via hotels.com I never expected my room to be a chalet on a pontins resort. Hotels.com I expected a hotel as in the name not a poorly run holiday park with screaming children until 11:45pm on both Friday and Saturday evening. I utilised two of my free room passes which were £70.00 each and it was used against a £45.00 and £56.00 room. Ps: satin sheets were handed to me on booking in and I had to make my own bed not that it was a major issue.

Hell hole

The horror on arriving here to see it’s nothing like the website portrays was immense! My 3 grandchildren were scared to stay here! There was no social distancing in the venue and no masks being worn an absolute hell hole!

The accommodation was extremely poor, we didnt expect luxury due to the price we paid however it was in a word unbearable and we only stayed one night. The curtains were hanging off, there were crumbs all over the floor. The windows were filthy and the beds were extremely uncomfortable

Considering pontins is all about the children,all of the rides shut at 4pm so there was nothing for the children except the park,even the blue coat shows were definitely not upto their usual standards very disappointing ☹️☹️

Please do not go absolutely horrendous how health and safety are allowing this place to stay open .. Rooms are a falling apppart you cant lock all ur windows either so big risk. Lets just say we got there and we could of cried its that bad even our 8 and 10 year children where mortified

Staff super helpful, friendly. Great bunch of guys throughout the site. Apartment clearly sanitised everything fresh. Just all the window handles were broken beyond repair which made me feel really nervous and unsafe throughout the night but other than that all was good. A lot closed on the park due to the Covid1984 Plandemic but that’s no fault of the holiday park. Arcade was brilliant. Would only return if it was ever “allowed” to reopen again fully

Is geen Hotel!

Het wordt aangeboden als hotel, maar is een vakantiepark met flatjes. Er is geen beddengoed, je hoort alles zelf mee te nemen, dit staat nergens op de boekingssites vermeld.

My 21 month old baby cut all his leg open in the baby pool?? That pool should be 100% safe. Manager really lovely. Skme of the staff behind reception miserable.
