"The property was very clean, warm and comfortable. The top bedroom, which was in the attic was well appointed but our group felt it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. I was able to contact the owners easily and they responded to my requests for extra crockery promptly. The property was in a quiet area but still very convenient for the train station and the city centre which was about a 10 minute walk away. Unfortunately after a 4 to 5 hour drive to get there it took a further 4 hours to finally get the code for the key box to allow entry to the property. The property manager/owner refused to answer the three emails I sent him & never answered his phone to the phone calls I repeatedly made. We will not be using this company again if we can help it."
