"Julie on Reception was Brilliant! Polite, professional, helpful and funny. The walls of room 101 are a bit thin! We heard people talking and their morning alarm! We didn’t know we’d have to pay £10 EACH to use the pool!! For 90 minutes."

"Great location 10mins from Lytham, lovely building and quiet location. We had a really nice lunchtime sandwiches with good choice all served by really nice abd attentive staff. Double room good value and great breakfast served, including gluten free options. Would definitely stay again."
