Stayed at this hotel as en route to Scotland and dog friendly. Staff were friendly and helpful. The added bonus was access to pool and spa facilities which you don’t often get when travelling with a pet. Good food also.

Amazing hotel clean and tidy despite its age. Stayed for two night and it was the perfect stay use of the spa made the weekend more fun and the breakfast didn’t disappoint.

Hotel is very nice in a good location. Staff were all excellent (young Katherine in the restaurant was brilliant!) Breakfast was really good. Food in the restaurant was lovely too. Don’t like having to pay (£12.00) to park in the hotels own car park, if I’d noticed this when booking I would have booked elsewhere. Also there was only one bath towel and one hand towel for the two of us……. Otherwise it was good..

The room was clean, modern & spacious. The staff were helpful & friendly. The breakfast was good. The only thing I’d have liked is a bit more water pressure from the shower. Everything else was spot on.

A lovely hotel with great facilities and excellent location next to the University and stones throw from the City of Lancaster. What stood out for us was the staff. The customer service was of the highest quality and we were made to feel extremely welcome. We highly recommend this high quality hotel.
