The staff was very help, room was slightly bigger that what I thought, the breakfast was decent .Its opposite to tram and walkable to water park. Only drawback was very small shower.

Room was immaculate, staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was lovely and a great selection, stayed for 1 evening meal, we had the steak pie with chips and peas which we would highly recommend, the only thing we didnt like was the 10% service charge, its not made obvious on the menu, its right at the bottom of the page and without my glasses i missed it, and again it was not made obvious at the till, i just dislike that the charge was not made more obvious.
