“Crystal Club Disappointment”
Crown Towers offers spacious, well appointed suites with city views and excellent restaurants and other services on-site. Unfortunately, I will never return to Crown as service at the executive level (Crystal Club) was impersonal and certainly a disappointment for the price. Melbourne certainly has better alternatives for executive level accommodation. Paying less at the Grand Hyatt executive level offers the same city convenience, views and a far better service.
“Will always go back”
I loved the Crown Towers Room was big clean and the beds for comfy. No hassels checking in or out. If you like to shop DFO south wharf just across the road from crown max 10 min walk Tram stops lots of restaurants would definately recommend
“Disappointing check-in, good stay.”
Was disappointed at the lack of staff and the long queue for check in. At 1:45, the staff at the check in counter told us that our room on level 5 was ready but was kind enough to offer us a room at the 24th floor, telling us that we would just need to wait "a little while". We happily agreed to that but after so much delay and more than an hour and a half we were finally given our room keys. As an apology, the staff at the counter offered us a bottle of champagne.
