"The room was fine.. very quiet. There was a broken elevator for our entire 3 day stay so the working elevator was slow. We used the stairs a few times because it was quicker. We used the valet parking and our car was waiting for us, on time. Front desk personnel were very helpful and efficient. Location of the hotel was perfect. Other than the broken elevator.. it was a nice hotel."

"Such a lovely place to stay in Quebec City! Especially if you have one of the rooms that looks out on the peaceful green park and a distant view of the river. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed. The place is in a very quiet location, yet close to all the things you'd want to go to (right across a street from the Chateau Frontenac). One two little issues, both of which are resolvable. The air conditioning cannot be individually controlled and it was sometimes too cold for us. We resolved that by turning it off for awhile, then turning it back on if needed. The other thing was that the red wine in the wine dispenser was terrible (in our opinion)...and was refrigerated. We solved that by buying a bottle of wine at the cute little grocery store a block away. We loved our stay at Hotel Manoir Vieux Quebec!"

"Chambre impeccable, spacieuse et bien organisée. Grande propreté et tous les petits accessoires pensés pour agrémenter notre séjour. Personnel courtois et très attentionné. Le brunch du dimanche à la salle Champlain a ravi nos papilles. Le boeuf Wellington était délicieux. Le personnel de la salle à manger était très attentionné et rapide à nous conseiller et nous servir. Et quel décor! À revisiter."

"Nourriture au ciel étais vraiment bon lit très confortable vraiment un beau séjour je recommande à tout monde qui veux venir visiter Québec seule négatif pas assez de parking pour l’hôtel donc fallu payer un surplus dans un parking random et a marcher pendant 10 min pour se rendre"
