I called for assistance 3 times and twice received help; the other time, no answer, I left a message but there was no callback.One of the two lamps in the room doesn’t work.Except for that, the room was fine.

Pas de réception mais communication et réponse tres rapide de la part des gestionnaire. Propre. Bon lit. Nous étions au rez de chaussée et n'avons pas beaucoup dormi, entre 23h et 2 heures du matin, des pas très forts sans arrets et désagréables au dessus de notre chambre. Vraiment zéro insonorisation!
