Drinks or dinner at the revolving restaurant Ciel at floor 27 provides a magnifcent view of Quebec and the St. Lawrence river. Great service from the wait staff there. The staff at reception, concierge and restaurant are very pleasant and helpful. Food at the main floor restaurant is reasonably priced and tasty. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but could use some attention. This location is excellent for proximity to the plains of Abraham, the parliament buildings and the old city centre.

the hotel is very well located beside the Grande Allée, the Plaines d'Abraham and the Old Québec. We had a great view from our 18th floor room. The morning breakfast at the Cochon dingue was the best I had in years in Canada.

Great service from front desk and excellent service from restaurant. Friendly and efficient staff. The hotel could offer more coffee/tea options in the room, but all I had to do was ask. Pool and hot tubs were great after a long day in the city. Rooftop restaurant was lovely to experience although we only went for coffee and dessert! Again, very friendly service. I’d stay here again, good value for the price and location was perfect!
