"Hotel stay was great but the mini fridge in my room was super loud and noisy. It woke me up and i had to unplug it. Hotel was great otherwise. Breakfast was good and included."

"Personnel très accueillant. Activités à toutes heures du jour. Manque un peu d'amour au niveau de l'entretien (jeux d'eau défectueux, bornes d'arcade hors d'usage, etc.) Mais somme toute, super endroit pour des vacances en famille."

"Our room was cleaned on a daily basis, with fresh towels. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was waiting for the elevator. There was always a line up to use the elevator., But with a big hotel like this, it was expected. Lovely hotel and I would definitly stay there again."

"Great place, well located and fantastic staff. The only issues was parking, so figure that out before you go, in the high season. Really cool vibe, modern and clean yet great for bikes and dogs!"

"Le décor extérieur est très attrayant, un endroit magnifique pour s’asseoir et silencieux. Le personnel était très sympathique. La chambre étais assez grande, par contre le mini frigo ne fonctionnait pas très bien, ( rien de négatif ) matelas etait parfait. Nous sommes allés au brunch déjeuner à volonté.Beaucoup de choix et encore la le décor…WOW Le tout étais super !! Sur un échelle de 1 a 10 Je donne 14 🤗 Je le recommande fortement !! R Dorval"

"Enjoyed our stay! 10 minutes to all the action! Staff, rooms and amenities were fantastic. There’s a washer and dryer included in your stay which we used given the heat and rain during our stay. There’s a bus service from the hotel to Old Town however be sure to reserve your spot - bus fills up fast! Would stay here again if we ever return to Quebec!"
