"Lovely staff and hotel"

"Attentive and helpful staff; conscientious and thorough house-keeping staff, fine facilities, including some recent renovations. Our room had a street view, and the pub across the street did have loud-ish music that we were mostly able to mask with a white noise app. Our meals in the local restaurants ranged from good to excellent. It's high tourist season, and we probably wouldn't go again this time of year - but we are thinking about November "

"We wear in the basement and could hear every step above us and next door. The hotel is great and the room was nice but hard to sleep with all the noise. Also the shower is right next to the bed without a frosted window do be prepared to watch someone shower. "

"We had an amazing stay at the property, my only complaint is to myself, wish i had stayed longer lol. The hotel was so clean, well kept. Would definitely stay here again! Until next time Quebec City!"
