"Great property, excellent location, friendly staff, very clean and proper. The only criticism I would make is the parking. I do understand that they don’t have a parking area, but it would make them extremely desirable and preferable much more than now if they had make an agreement with the parking facility across the street, absorb the fee and offer complimentary parking to the guests. This would give them an amazing competitive advantage and drive the occupancy. "

"Chateau Frontenac is a venerable and iconic lodge that isn’t resting on its laurels. Despite being 150 years old, the service and staff and accommodations are still at the top of their game. My only complaint, and it’s a thin one, is that I understood there was a spa with a dry sauna and a wet sauna. Only the men’s locker room has both. The women’s just has a wet sauna but it was broken. Boo hiss. For a world class hotel, arguably one of the best in North America, this is unacceptable. We went to Strøm Spa instead and spent a wonderful day (and a not insignificant amount of money) enjoying the thermal spa facilities. "

"Easy walking distance to old Quebec City. The pool was being painted on the 2nd day I arrived so I could only use it the one day. The pool was nicely heated so even though it was cool day it was beautiful. "

"Friendly staff at front desk, maintenance and the bar. It was an extension of previous 2 nights as we wanted to stay another day in Quebec City"
